- How often do you work out at the gym and at the table, armwrestle?
I work out 3 times per week at the gym, and 2 times per week at the table.
- What exercises do you think is the most important to be such a good armwrestle as you are?
I don´t think a one single exercise helps you to be a good armwrestler, but to train several exercises. The most important work out is on the table, because there you can train the certain muscles that you really need for armwrestling.

- You have been competing at the World challenge 3 years in a row, how do you feel about the new concept? It´s something new, but it will be interesting to try a new system. If it´s good or not we will see after the competition :)

- Who are you most excited of competing against this year at the World Challenge? I have only met Heidi on the table, so it will be interesting to try them all, because I know that all these girls are strong.
- Egle, tell us something about you, that we didn´t know before?
