What do you think about World Challenge? World Challenge is absolutely one of the best things that could have happened for the armwrestling world for women. A big step in the right direction to become a more popular sport - made for BOTH men and women. This proves that women are as passionate and addicted to this sport as men.

- How often do you train? Do you have any help with the planning of your workouts? I practice armwrestling 1-2 times per week and I work out at the gym almost every day. I love the gym, it's my 2nd home. I plan the training myself. In the gym I train my whole body because I think it's fun, and of course I focus a lot on armwrestling exercises - wrist, forearm, side pressure, back pressure, etc.
How does your plan for 2012 look like, what competitions will you enter, what is your biggest armwrestling goal? I wish to stay injury free, and I want to keep feeling motivated and passionate about the sport, because that is the keyword to success. I don't know for sure which competitions I will attend yet.

Do you have any goals for World Challenge? It will be fun to fight against women in such high level from different weight categories. I've never pulled some of them, so it will be very interesting. I hope I'll be ready, because if I am, I can do well I think!
Are there any changes that you want to see in the sport? More attention, a lot of money and that the sport makes it to the Olympic Games!!!
Thank You Sarah and GOOD LUCK!
