Yes, we try to take care of children so that's why we hold big summer training camps every year, where we try to interest as many people as possible in armwrestling, especially children.
Regarding exercise, I prefer exercising alone especially crank running, bent arm hanging and exercising with aerobic gum tools, sometimes dumbell-exercices, benchpress etc. In spite of importance of power exercising I prefer gymnastic exercising but the most important and also my favourite-one is group training on the armwrestling table, which we use to hold every week.
Tournament of my dreams? I'm not sure really, but my favourite armwrestler is Irina Makeeva so most probably with her.
