What is the most crazy thing you ever have done?
I never remember when people ask me this questions. There's pretty many things, but I can't mention it all, and it's hard to say what is the craziest... you will see ;)  Something I really like is to dress funny!I love masquerades! But I don't need them... I can dress funny anyway. At worlds 08 Elin Haag and I dressed up as santas. At swe nats at the afterparty we dressed up as two well-known unicorns!

Last summer I took a cowboy hat and a fake gun, no shoes and went out shopping with my friends!! and much more! I like to try new things, like once, banana + syrup! I also love to hold crazy, funny speeches! And to make people dance at parties.. I know they really want to, even if they don't know..

Your favourite arm is left as many others of the young successful armwrestling ladies from Sweden. Are you left handed?
No, I'm not. I don't know if I'm  stronger in left, but everything feels so much more natural!! Setting up and stuff. It feels more compact in left. The forearm and upperarm feel like ONE, like it should be..

Why do you think young ladies in Sweden seem to be better in left arm and older ladies better in right arm? Any theory?
When the "older" ladies started up their training it was only right arm that mattered, so I guess that was what they trained. Maybe that makes us better in left in comparison, since we've trained left arm just as much as right.

Last year you took second place in -60kg and went to the SECOND CHANCE, what do you think about your chances this year? Do you have any goal for World Challenge 2010?
I'm reaching for a win in the -55kg category, which I think shouldn't be impossible. That would qualify me to the World Challenge over all final, and if I would get there, my goal depends on who I will meet.

Do you have any dream match, sombody you want to armwrestle against?
Snizhana Babaieva!!!

It's your first year as senior armwrestler. Will you compete in 55kg at the Swedish Championship in Storuman in April?
Yes I will! I weigh about 55kgs in the evenings, less in the mornings. I thought about the 50kg class but no one really thought it was a good idea so now I try to gain some instead, but I don't :( haha

You compete for Nora AK, are there many ladies in your club? Is the club developing, more armwrestlers etc?
We have about 10 regular training ladies from -50 til +80, me being the only senior!! And yes, we are developing!! And I get so happy because for most new people it is so easy to learn and they are also VERY strong!!! Watch out for us in the future!!!;)

How often do you train armwrestling?
Our club did three times/week, but since almost no one showed up at other days than Thursdays, now we only train ONCE a week in Nora!! Although, I'm pretty much always with my boyfriend in the weekends, who trains with FLEN, so I train with them at Sundays. So that is twice and 4 times gym/week.

What is your favourite excersice?
I LOVE dead-lift. my dad says that if you should only train ONE excersice for the rest of your life, it should be dead-lift! Because you include SO many muscle groups!!! also I like REAL dips very much, chins and forearmcurls!! and bicepscurls with z-bar!!

What about the future, what do you want to do? Work with, goals in armwrestling etc?
At the time, I'm thinking about some kind of engineer, I think that would be fun. I wanna be a person who KNOWS very much in things that interets me. I'm studying a scientific program at upper-secondary school with an environmental direction. I'm very interested in the environment and care about it, the climate changes etc. so otherwise, I would like to do something in that direction.
In armwreswtling.. I'm aiming to TRAIN hard, EAT much, DEVELOP, and then be able to beat the VERY best in my weight category :-) and also to help others to develope. That is real fun! And work to be SEEN, for the SPORT to be seen! Make it bigger, and more well-known!

Do you think Irina Makeeva will beat Conny Sanberg ( Swedish Champion in 70kg JUNIOR) They will meet in a supermatch after the competition World Challenge?
It's hard to say. But I would bet on miss Makeeva!  I've seen her pull against some guys before and she looks STRONG in those situations as well!

Something more/else you want to tell us?

I wanna thank my dad for hepling me SO MUCH with everything! Not only in this sport! And also: Live, Laugh, PULL!!!

Thank you Carolina and good luck!
