World Challenge is one of the absolutely best things that could have happened for the women armwrestling world. A big step in the right direction for a more popular sport - made for BOTH men and women. This proves that women are as passionated and addicted to this sport as men. |

I train armwrestling 3 times a week and gym 4 times. I plan the training by myself. In the gym I train my whole body because I think it's fun, and of course I focus a lot on armwrestling exercises - wrist, forearm, side pressure, back pressure, etc.
For sure armwrestling! But in the gym, I love working out with cable cross. Becuase there you can change the amount of weight after your capability and there is a lot you can do with it. You can train any position needed in armwrestling from cable cross!

I want EVERY WOMAN in the armwrestling world to REGISTRATE!!! I wish there would be more money in the sport so people could attend any competition they would like to. I would love to see more Russians, Ukrainians, Brazilians and Americans. And of course from all other countries as well!

I think left and right arm should get the same attention. I don't really understand why right arm always gets more attention, not only in this competition but everywhere. I understand it's about the time schedule but I think it would be more appreciated from people if there were same level with both arms.
I really don't know and the more I think about it, the more headache I get, ha ha... I hope I'll live in another country and have a good life there and do what makes me happy. I hope I'll be a multiple World Champion and have achieved all my goals that I have when it comes to armwrestling.
Follow your heart!
Thank you Sarah and welcome to World Challenge!
